After authorizing the Service Repair, Gary kept me completely informed and updated. When Gary and his team found one of the issues anticipated to be just a simple reset Gary immediately let me know my cost originally assessed would go down by several hundred dollars---I bet a lot of dealers might not take the same honest approach but this is what I have come to expect from Gary and his team.
