Nice, relaxed and no pressure. I feel both the salesman and the manager were upfront and did not want to play the usual games that a lot of dealers do. Most of the people were friendly and accommodating while we there. One suggestion would be if you offered some assistance with getting familiar with the car being purchased. I bought a couple cars at Reeves and both times, they had someone who was very familiar with the car go over the features. This may be because they carried that brand and you are not a Chevy dealer. Not a big deal, but something to think about when you sell high end off brand cars. If you do not do it for your new cars, than you should definitely consider it. More

I first communicated with Crown via Email and received a very rapid response. A week or so later we visited the dealership and were shown the models we were interested in and taken for a test ride. Our salesperson was Jeff Joiner and you could not find a more amiable, knowledgeable, and professional salesperson anywhere! We ended up purchasing there and Crown delivered our vehicle to the east coast of Florida within a few days. I would be remiss in not mentioning the manager there, Bud Hawkins, also a consummate professional and no pressure individual. Thanks for everything Jeff, Bud, and Crown Jaguar! Walter White More

Another 5 Star Service Experience at Crown Jaguar! I had an issue driving to work on a "cold" FL morning with tire pressure indicators and warnings coming on all of a sudden. I turned around and waited I had an issue driving to work on a "cold" FL morning with tire pressure indicators and warnings coming on all of a sudden. I turned around and waited in the Crown Jaguar service drive before they opened. Rick was in early, noticed the service interval was also on and that the vehicle was due for annual service next month. Since it was 30 days out, he kept the car, put me in a loaner, calling later in the day that all was well again. Saved me a trip next month! The car was clean / washed, and ready before I expected. There is a level of friendliness, professionalism, and caring at Crown Jaguar as exhibited on every visit from Rick Anderson, my advisor, and Karen Cavanaugh, the Service Manager. Lynda Mattingly at the reception desk is always helpful and pleasant as well. My cost for the visit ZERO due to the warranty and maintenance provided on all new Jaguars. Thanks for all you do - in getting things done and making the customer feel special! More
