He was friendly and very helpful in answering our questions about the all electric car. When we decided to purchase the car he made all the paper work easy to understand . Usually I dread buying a car but Bill made it much more pleasurable. He worked hard to get us the charger we needed for the car. It was a challenge for him but he persisted until he was able to overnight it to us. The delivery of the car was simple and uncomplicated. When it came to complete the purhase and financing, Joseph Sobzak was very helpful. He explained everything in easy to understand terms. He made sure he had everything right, and followed up the next day to make sure we got the proper registration and tag. Both of these men were very pleasant to work with and went above and beyond what I would expect in buying a car. I am sure we kept them laate but they never seemed rushed.
