Deanna Stross contacted us one Saturday and within hours had located the exact vehicle we wanted. She immediately had figures emailed to us on both the FPace and our trade in. I liked the upfront transparency of Crown Jaguar's willingness to email you the details without sitting for hours in their office. Deanna even worked with us to get more for our trade in. We picked up the vehicle at a time where Deanna couldn't be there so Megan Devin, who is just wonderful, jumped in to help us finalize all the paperwork.
