Great service I had some issues with my new Jaguar XJL. I had to bring the car in a few times to resolve an ongoing issue. Karen Cavanaugh and Rick Andersen were e I had some issues with my new Jaguar XJL. I had to bring the car in a few times to resolve an ongoing issue. Karen Cavanaugh and Rick Andersen were extremely helpful and apologetic about the situation. Karen and Rick always kept me updated and informed of the progress of the vehicle.
