Internet-Sales-Management-Finance (Total Experience) The experience I had purchasing the vehicle from initial contact with Mike Donavan, to discussing options with Bud, then my initial visit with Arnis, The experience I had purchasing the vehicle from initial contact with Mike Donavan, to discussing options with Bud, then my initial visit with Arnis, to wrapping up the closing with Joseph Sobczak, was all just a smooth operation with a tight knit team that treat you like family. These guys really know what they are doing, are organized, and have a sense for their customers needs and desires, all while keeping the customers budget in mind while NOT making you feel inferior if you aren’t buying an $100k RangeRover. Not that I don’t plan on doing that one day though! This team also gives you a feeling that they actually do care about the customer. Next time I am in the market to buy a vehicle, I will be seeking a Crown dealer, and potentially this exact St. Pete location, but only if these same folks are running it?!?! Thanks guys, great people and great cars! More
