We want to thank everyone there, including Joe, Darren, Morgan and Gary our service advisor for all their expeditious work and friendly service. But we are especially thankful for Megan Devin for her tenacious effort in helping us purchase our first XF and a year later helping us purchase another, the F TYPE R! Megan looked after us at every turn whether we were there for sales or scheduled service or follow up on our paint protection package, or really just any issue or question we had and believe me there were many! She was very great about it and we would highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase a Jaguar or Land Rover to first visit Crown Jaguar and their great staff. Smoke mirrors I'm sorry to write this but this company has forgot about its cor values. I was in an accident 10 days after buying a range rover only to find my veh I'm sorry to write this but this company has forgot about its cor values. I was in an accident 10 days after buying a range rover only to find my vehicle wasnt registered with the sos service. I pressed the button for assistance and the had no idea who I was. I reached out to dealer no reply. It took over a week to get my electronics updated...hardly. dint expect follow up. I was a desicated. Customer 10 years. They grew too fast. Sad. I'm done all fluff More

Best car dealership i have been to !!!! Dimmit Chevrolet gave me a loaner car a 2019 bolt ev and i had no idea it was all electric so after hours of trying to charge this car google brought Dimmit Chevrolet gave me a loaner car a 2019 bolt ev and i had no idea it was all electric so after hours of trying to charge this car google brought us to jaguar of saint petersburg (there is no charger station for the public and these guys even at 9 oclock welcomed us with open arms wide open and helped get this car charged so we weren't stranded awsome team this is customer service at its finest the team includes .bud .jeff .tanner .mike .darren All I can say is come check these guys out 😄 More
