Mike respected my time and helped arrange much of this purchase over the phone, I’m sure that wasn’t easy but it helped me tremendously. Crown Land Rover Sales I met Arnice from Sales when I went to lease a new vehicle. The process was easy, but the line to get into financing cost an additional hour or so. Overall, outstanding team!! More

Sales dept was great. They need to steamline the finance pap Sales team was great. The waiting process for the finance department took much longer than necessary. The only thing that would make this a perfect Sales team was great. The waiting process for the finance department took much longer than necessary. The only thing that would make this a perfect dealership is if they could light a fire with their finance folks especially when they are easy slam dunk loans. They were finally responsive when we advised them of our time contraints and after waiting too long they estimated 45 minutes with the finance person. She was advised that we wanted to be complete in 6 minutes and to her credit we got everything signed in 3.5 minutes and were out the door. The key point is that buying a car is always a painful experience so the less time it takes the better. I want to shout out to Joe who did a fabulous job in finding me the best car for me.
