I was unable to accept delivery of my new car due to electronic defects. I was given a rental car that was never cleaner. Dirt, sand and sticky substance everywhere. I brought in my Jaguar for a new battery on a Monday. Come Thursday, Friday, and Saturday after I called three times each day they never responded.
