Arby Asatoori was fantastic! A day after a perfect service appointment, I took a trip out of town and blew one of my tires. I called Arby and he gave me the reassurance that th A day after a perfect service appointment, I took a trip out of town and blew one of my tires. I called Arby and he gave me the reassurance that the tires were in fact in great condition. Once the tire was removed, a big piece of metal was found that had punctured the tire. The blowout took out an airbag pneumatic line and Arby was with me on the phone and by text to guide me and support me. That included buying the correct tires (all 4 had to be replaced) and then helping organize a tow truck to take the car back to the dealership. He was wonderful, supportive and helpful. I can't say enough about it. Great job and thank you! More
