Super disappointed. It took 2 days to do a regular factory service. Also, this dealer never mentioned that the car needed a software update and now it is 3 updates behind and they say I might have t factory service. Also, this dealer never mentioned that the car needed a software update and now it is 3 updates behind and they say I might have to pay for a new on board computer. They are trying to nickel and dime everything. The regular service does not include tire rotation. It is an extra expense! More
This dealership is very customer oriented!
