Very disappointed that that Raul and that Schaumburg Land Rover was not interested in providing quality service. We recently purchased this vehicle and were told it was XM ready. After numerous attempts on m Rover was not interested in providing quality service. We recently purchased this vehicle and were told it was XM ready. After numerous attempts on my own XM said it was a radio issue. The dealership and Raul had no interest in solving the problem for me. After purchasing a used car for $36,000 they would not investigate why the XM was not Able to be activated. The explanation given to me by Raul was that they had too much money into the car already. I guess Raul forgot they had no problem taking my trade in for $26,500 and putting it on the sales floor for $33,000. More
