I’m a big car guy who usually buys cars every 2-3 years…purchased 5 cars from motor works in the past 4 years. I’m getting use to dealing with this dealer in Schaumburg now. I’ve had 3 cars in the past 2 months in for service and it was handled professionally and they answered all my questions. Both Christian and Ruby were pleasant to work with. The only negative is that all 3 times they didn’t have a loaner for me when we dropped off our cars. One car took almost 2 weeks and my daughter didn’t have a car. That’s a big thing with me and also big when it comes to me buying cars from a dealer who can and will have a loaner in these cases. Also none of the times were the cars vacuumed or ran through the wash when we picked up the car. Just saying… it’s the little stuff that makes a person go back to be a repeat customer. More
