Let me just say that we have had the car for a year and a half.... that's how long it took for anyone to respond. That does not come across as concerned with a customer's experience to me. I am curious to learn what could possibly be done at this point to redeem the dealership's impression on an unhappy customer. Makes me feel like amending my 4 star review for the general manager to reflect the 16 months it took to respond to my initial review. I guess I'll take the high road and let it go ..kinda like they did.
