I was looking to purchase an LR4 with a specific color and package type. I had done some research on the internet and made phone calls to various dealerships. Hoffman Estates Land Rover had the exact vehicle I was looking for in their inventory and they met my pricing objective. They were efficient and pleasure to do business with from start. I was very pleased with how fast we could complete the transaction without any back and forth nonsense tactics on price. Hoffman Estates Land Rover scheduled an appointment with the salesman who did not keep me waiting. When I arrived at the dealership, my salesman had the specific LR4 ready out front for me to test drive, I was impressed that they cared enough to have the LR4 ready for me. I have gone to other dealerships where they wait for me to show up before they go find salesman who may be with another customer even when we set a time, and then wait again while they find someone else free to locate the vehicle in a back lot. At Hoffman Estates Land Rover, we were able to make a fair deal and completed all the sales paperwork in record time. It was only a couple of hours from the time I was greeted at the dealership door to when the transaction was completed and I was driving away in my new LR4. This is the right way to sell new vehicles. When you know what you want and you have a reasonable, fair price in mind then go to Hoffman Estates Land Rover. I was also happy to hear that they are investing in their Service Department and will be opening a brand new car wash system. More

I went to two other dealerships and this one by far had the best prices as well as the nicest staff. Being a woman, I felt like I wasnt getting cheated.
