Slow to respond to e-mails, phone calls, and even requests via cars.com/autotrader. Attempted over the course of 5 days to purchase an XE-S and an F-Pace Prestige in Silver with black appearance package. Given the run around with availability, the sales person was in training, stepped out, or off today.. etc. When I finally did talk with Tony B. Made an appointment on a Tuesday to come in the next day at 3:30pm on a Wednesday, I confirmed the vehicle was there, I even offered to put $1000 deposit on a credit card. Told it was not necessary, and it would be there for me to view. Wednesday comes, and I was called at 3pm and told the vehicle was sold. I was already 40 minutes in to my 1 hour drive to the dealership. I received a pretty cold apology, and told more vehicles would be coming in the following week, and that he has the F-Pace in red, let me send you more info. FYI, no info was ever sent, and no follow up. Good news is, I went to a non Motor Werks related Mercedes dealer, and purchased a new 2018 AMG C43 for myself and a new 2018 GLC-300 for my wife. Best decision ever! Obviously moving $120,000.00+ in Jaguar vehicles does not matter to this dealership as is typical for all Motor Werks related dealerships. This has been my experience for the last 10 years with these guys, and each time I try to give them another shot, it never works out. Do your business elsewhere until they can hire sales people that give a xxxx about customer service! Great way to start the sales New Year MW! More

Tony worked with me over the phone to complete most of the purchase process. He was patient, listened to my wants and needs, and was persistent in meeting those. When I got to the dealership all I needed to do was take a test drive and take care of the necessary paperwork. This may have been the most enjoyable experience I've ever had in 40 years of car purchasing. James was the finance person and worked with me on extended warranty coverages so that I felt comfortable with my purchase. I also want to note the entire staff was great. While I was taking care of the paperwork, the staff engaged my significant other so she did not feel abandoned, bored or isolated. They didn't need to do that but I'm so appreciative they did. My experience with Land Rover Hoffman Estates was delightful and exceeded my expectations. More

Very Satisfied Customer! I was very satisfied with the entire process, start-to-finish! The Jaguar/Land Rover Hoffman Estates dealership team was easy to work with and very accommodating to my schedule as I am located out of state. I was able to test drive those vehicles that fit my requirements. Afterwards, I didn't feel any pressure to make a purchase. Even after I decided to make a purchase, the process was very smooth and met with my expectations. Afterwards, my primary sales contact followed up with me to see how things were going with the vehicle. There was some difficulty in getting my rear license plate from my old vehicle. The dealership was able to work on that and sent it to me later the next week via FedEx. A few days later I was contacted by the dealership again regarding some extra floor mats and a cover for the rear hatch. As mentioned above, since I am out of state, the dealership offered to ship these items to my home address. High quality service and would gladly do business with this dealership again! Thank you!
