He answered our questions honestly and when asked a question he didn't know the answer to, instead of bluffing through an answer, he said he didn't know, but would find out for us. And, in every case he did. As a result of his diligence, patience and honesty we wound up buying two cars from him on two successive days. We are very happy with how the Motor Werks group all worked together, through three different locations, to help us find the vehicles we ultimately purchased. Many Wonderful People I had a great experience at MW of Land Rover. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff was friendly, courteous and compassionate. He mentioned the night before we purchased that vehicle that no car or truck leaves the facility without going thru a comprehensive inspection. Anne and I left and promised to return the next day. On the ride home, I told her that the tires were a bit worn and there was a crack in the tail light. When we returned we were going to share our concerns. Well as soon as we walked in, Patrick approached and told me that the dealership was going to replace the tail light and install new tires to include some other things they found! My wife looked at me and we exchanged smiles because the dealership was doing just as Patrick told us! Overall, the dealership was fair and courteous! I am a customer for Life!
