What a great team! I enjoyed working with David as he was very polite and knowledgeable. He was very helpful in explaining different options and highlighting all the great features of the vehicle. I was very comfortable with his sales ability and approach. They didn't give up trying to make my wife's dream car a reality that day. I bought a beautiful blk/blk Range Rover Sport HSE! Outstanding service. My wife and I recently purchased a Jaguar F Type certified pre - owned from this dealer. I had spoken to the General mgr. and the sales person, Jeffrey ,prior to meeting at the Dealership. We live 320 miles away from the Dealership. We had a great car buying experience. The people are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The General Manager, Mr. Nelson told us the car was in mint condition. I was expecting a lot and the whole dealership surpassed them. My wife and I found a car that we liked and we started negotiating with Adam and his team. My wife and I left because the car we wanted to see wasn't onsite. Adam was able to send me video of the vehicle and we continued to negotiate from there. Long story short, we settled on a final sales price on Tuesday and we had an agreement that we would buy the car. I wanted to secure the vehicle with a deposit but, Motor Werks policy doesn't allow deposits on vehicles from local/in state customers.... He had assured us that we could come in on Friday and get the car. On Thursday he called and said the car was sold.... Thanks Adam. My wife is graduating from Northwestern on Friday; my gift to her was ruined because you sold the car that I wanted to someone else. Way to break your word and waste my time! More

Best experience ever! First off, this dealership is beautiful and has a very comfortable feeling. It has the most awesome beverage machine and they offer snacks too. Secondly, from start to finish, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Patrick Lecinski, my sales representative was extremely helpful honest, and took the time with me until I decided to purchase my beautiful LexusNX suv! He always kept in touch with me by texting, emails and phone calls. David Lecinski, one of the managers, was very personable and offered me snacks, beverages and even chocolate that he would sneak from his associate, lol, because he knew I loved chocolate so much! John Hert, the pre driven manager, was also very nice to work with. John Nelson, the general manager, was also very nice and good to work with Ralph Kaplan, my finance manager, really helped me make decisions and saved me money on some extras I really didn’t need. I really appreciated his honesty! I would give this dealership more then five stars if I could, because everyone was so wonderful to work with and they all make you feel very comfortable. Do not hesitate to go there. You will not be disappointed, like at some other dealerships! Thank you to a wonderful team! More

Easily... the best Car buying experience so far! After a busy day of car shopping and a lot of convos with pushy car sales people.. our last stop was Land Rover Hoffman Estates. We've never owned a Land Rover, so we didn't know what to expect.. just knew we didn't want to be forced into another finance office asking how much we wanted to spend in the first 10 minutes of our visit. Thankfully, this was not the case at Land Rover Hoffman. We were greeted by multiple members of the staff while we awaited a sales person, and offered refreshments at the door. They were pretty busy, so it took a while for someone to come.. but in the meantime, we were offered to test drive the car of our choice. The simply took our IDs, slapped a plate on a new Range Rover Evoque.. and said take it for a spin. What?? Of course we will. When we got back, our sales rep Patrick was waiting on us. He asked us how we liked the car, explained everything in detail, and even took us to their other lot to look at a different vehicle (Land Rover Discovery Sport). When we got back to the dealership, we told him we were interested in the Discovery Sport.. and his brother David came over within minutes with an exact pricing sheet. Patrick then went over all of our options.. and answered all of our questions. We told him we needed to discuss everything, and he happily gave us the printed offer sheet to take with us. We got a text from him that night on our way home thanking us for coming in, and he hoped to hear from us soon. The next day we went back in, undecided on the vehicle.. so we drove another and asked for a price comparison.. and again we got one with no hesitation. This time he asked what could he do to earn our business, and he made it happen. We still told him we would sleep on it one more night.. and again, no pressure..he just asked us to promise to come in the next day...either way. Day 3... We came in and ultimately leased a brand new Land Rover Discovery Sport HSE at the price we wanted. I felt like Patrick and the Land Rover team really went above and beyond to create our first experience with Land Rover a great one. They've definitely earned our business for many years to come!
