Great customer care. New 2020 Evoque needed a new water pump. Go figure! Land Rover Schaumbug diagnosed the problem perfectly, unlike the first dlrship that failed, telling me the noise (sounded like a pla pump. Go figure! Land Rover Schaumbug diagnosed the problem perfectly, unlike the first dlrship that failed, telling me the noise (sounded like a plane taking off) that was coming from my engine was normal for the new Evoque. I highly recommend Land Rover Schaumbug. They know their stuff. More

Had an excellent experience with the Land Rover Schaumburg dealership. I was able to negotiate a great deal and trade my vehicle without ever going to the dealership. My sales person was Bartosz, a Schaumburg dealership. I was able to negotiate a great deal and trade my vehicle without ever going to the dealership. My sales person was Bartosz, and he did a fantastic job meeting my needs and requests. He even delivered the vehicle to my house for me to sign the paperwork. Highly recommended. More

I came in a couple of times with my trunk not closing. Tony fixed it in 5 minutes and was very cordial. Previously I didn’t have a good experience bringing my car in and Steven helping me.
