Everyone is responsible at the Santa Monica service department. The guy who takes my car and gives me a rental and it’s all wonderful experience. The vehicle I was given was not the same as the vehicle being worked on. This is something Land Rover should be able to accommodate, especially when people’s work and lifestyle has to be maintained with th being worked on. What is a standard, routine maintenance check up that is prepaid in my payment it took nearly a week to finish, which is probably only a 2-3 hour job. For a luxury vehicle brand, it’s completely unfathomable how slow and somewhat incompetent the staff and protocols are at this branch. More

The only reason I bring my Range Rover to this location is because I get excellent service from John Bevardos.
