Bruce Pratt definitely needs to be retrained on how to act. His bad attitude ruined my day and it was rude and unprofessional. I had an issue with a brand new RR( a crack I found under the drivers door..m act. His bad attitude ruined my day and it was rude and unprofessional. I had an issue with a brand new RR( a crack I found under the drivers door..more like a chip on the leather) and because I paid Over 100,000 for this car, I was very assured that this branch will take care of it as it’s manufacturer fault. Well, this person comes around and says no, this was not there when u got the car and I’m not gonna take care of it” Well, first of all, I don’t like to be spoken to like this by anyone in my family let alone a complete stranger who clearly needs to be retrained for this job. He did not ask any questions. He did not inquire about what exactly was the issue. He comes out and say it’s been a month that you got the car, you guys did this. I am clearly pissed and disappointed, I wish he could be suspended and sent back to wherever it is that they do this job title training. The issue was not completely taken care of but service dept assured me that they will do something about it. So next time, if u go buy a car here, bend down on ur knees and check all doors and maybe also lie under the car as well because once you pick it from there and if this immature person is still employed here you will walk with a bitter taste in ur mouth.
