What a excellent car buying experience ! !! My sales people were Tim and Brandon and they so courteous and professional that despite being from out of town, I drove up to see them and driv !! I wish our local dealers here in San Jose can learn a thing or two about customer service from these people. From the get go there was both of these gentlemen were very honest and upfront and we finalized everything over the phone and signed papers via docu-sign which made the process so easy. Casey was my Finance manager and he presented good options for me to select from. The dealership itself was so modern and appealing. In short I felt very good throughout the process and delivery experience was extremely special. The thing I loved the most about the entire experience was that it was an extremely gentle business transaction where both sides came negotiated what they can and can not do. Thank You so much Tim and Brandon and I am enjoying the beautiful car every day More

Communications with Will were very pleasant and effective. He was top notch in all aspects and a real gem. The downsides were the snail pace of the sale execution and miscommunication across va effective. He was top notch in all aspects and a real gem. The downsides were the snail pace of the sale execution and miscommunication across various members of the same team. I understand the need for endless upsells, but I don't appreciate the speed at which each upsell is rolled out: the rejection is logged by revising the invoice, entering a new line with a new upsell, and so on for several iterations and hours. Just getting an accurate quote for a loan/lease payment consumes an enormous amount of time. At this point, you are ready to pay in full to preclude the additional time expense. But exchanging your check for the contract and registration is another time-consuming hurdle one needs lots or patience to overcome. Unlike at other dealerships, all signing is done on paper, which translates in delays in case of typos and error correction. Maybe it's all by design. From identifying the car to its delivery, I communicated with 4 individuals and each had a different version of the to-do-items. Verifying who said what and when could have been avoided with note-taking or a checklist. In total it was 4+ hours to conclude the sale post-test drive. Plus several phone calls to sort out the delivery-related details. Plus overnighting the missing registration and temporary plates that weren't handed over at contract signing. But overall, despite the processing inefficiencies and poor internal communications, which must be cured by the upper management, each individual I came in contact with was wonderful and made an extra effort to compensate for the deficiencies.
