Service Department is Superior In for some extensive service due to a minor accident--hit curb and damaged suspension, wheel and tire. And even with my daughter's late model Audi, the service experience at Alvarez and with Ivan, is very different than the Audi dealership across the street! Thank you!! Jaguar System Light Warning Alvarez always top notch! Had a air suspension warning light come on. Many dealers would have just said something was major was wrong and charged me a Alvarez always top notch! Had a air suspension warning light come on. Many dealers would have just said something was major was wrong and charged me a pretty penny for a major repair. At Alvarez - I don't have to worry about that. Honesty and integrity is utmost here. They took 2days to check out my vehicle and found out it was nothing major and a simple fix.
