Poor communication, no call back when I left a message(s). The car sat at the dealer for over a week for a non-critical, interior part. I would have appreciated being given to option to pick my ca message(s). The car sat at the dealer for over a week for a non-critical, interior part. I would have appreciated being given to option to pick my car up and bringing it back when the special order part arrived. Dealer loaner cars are not appealing due to the liability while it's in your possession. When I received a call that my car would be ready that day, my SA said the car was in "detail" and that I could pick it up at 5:30pm. The car was still dirty. You could clearly see the area where the dirt was rubbing into the paint and where the dirt was remaining. I would have preferred they returned the car to me in the same cleanliness state is was in at the time of drop-off. The only reason this review isn't a 1 star is because the sales management team got involved to help me get a response. More
