When I first walked in, my service advisor, who I was assigned to, didn’t acknowledge me and turned me over to another associate because he said he was behind in his other work. I didn’t think it was ver assigned to, didn’t acknowledge me and turned me over to another associate because he said he was behind in his other work. I didn’t think it was very good customer service, because he never introduced himself, nor did I receive a text message later from him introducing himself and if I had any questions, to text or call him. I contacted back to speak to a supervisor in which Randy decided to over see my car. He was excellent. He kept in touch regarding my car and he gave excellent customer service. This is why I gave Randy five stars and the dealership itself four stars. I appreciate all that Randy had done for me. I’m really big on Customer service and Randy came through. Thanks again Randy for making my service experience a pleasant one. More
