The vehicle encountered issues right after I received it, but the dealership has yet to resolve the problems. They casually provided a reason for me to continue driving the problematic car. Took my car in for a broken control arm. They tried to tell me that a single broken control arm needed an entire new suspension for my car + other damages for a grand total of 11-12k in repa They tried to tell me that a single broken control arm needed an entire new suspension for my car + other damages for a grand total of 11-12k in repairs. I had my car towed to another shop for a second opinion and what do you know, their estimate was only 2.8k and all damages felt specifically with the affected wheel. Shame on you Land Rover! No to mention that the day I had returned my loaner car, it had rained heavily all week so car washes weren’t open. That being said, I wasn’t able to take it to get cleaned, vacuumed, etc. The man in charge of loaners looked at my like I was xxxx with an upside frown telling me “the next time you have a loaner car, do better and don’t do what you did today” - yeah ya’ll gave me a loaner car knowing I have kids. Crumbs on the floor happen! Had it not been pouring rain I would have been able to clean it fully prior like I did the last time they gave me a loaner. Shame on that guy! More
