Purchased a pre-owned 2020 LR Discovery last week, and was in the service department on March 4 for a routine Wheel Alignment. Service Advisor Erin Dang was very helpful in coordinating the appointment. I was in the service department on March 4 for a routine Wheel Alignment. Service Advisor Erin Dang was very helpful in coordinating the appointment. I stayed on-site during the appointment, and worked remotely from the customer lounge. The lounge was clean and comfortable. The attendant was very helpful in preparing coffee and snacks while I waited for the service to be completed. Following the appointment, I met with Randy Rates to evaluate the Lug Nuts. Randy did a quick inspection, and had Doug (shop foreman) perform an inspection and replaced the necessary nuts. Also met with Alex (porter) as he was very accommodating in doing a full walk through of the vehicle features and operations. More
