This Rating goes to Mark for restoring our faith after bringing in our vehicle multiple times for a screen issue. However, the manager did not bother to contact us after my wife asked to speak with him a bringing in our vehicle multiple times for a screen issue. However, the manager did not bother to contact us after my wife asked to speak with him about our issues 4 times. That part needs work and is unacceptable. We received top tier support in this last encounter from Mark who also provided a top tier loaner for our repair time. More
