Since a vehicle with the options and color choices we picked was not in stock anywhere in the US, we had to order it from the factory.- When the vehicle was delivered Wayne, Michael and Sid made the transfer of paperwork, the appraisal of our old vehicle, loan application and approval as easy and smooth as possible. After that Wayne explained the function of most of the cars electronics and functions in a clear, understandable way and told us if we had any questions once we used the car to please contact him. If need be, we will.- Great buying experience. We'll be back if we need another car! More

My First Visit to the Service Department I was experiencing a couple of "issues" with my new 2015.5 Volvo XC70 recently. It seemed I couldn't get my outside mirrors to fold, they seemed loose I was experiencing a couple of "issues" with my new 2015.5 Volvo XC70 recently. It seemed I couldn't get my outside mirrors to fold, they seemed loose, and they didn't tilt in Reverse gear. I thought I had programmed them properly,...having programmed them repeatedly,...(at least eight times).....Well, you know when you do the same thing, the same way, and expect a different outcome,...that's the definition of what ???...Anyway, I called the Service Dept. and spoke with Mike Kulia. We arranged an appointment that was convenient for me... Upon arrival at the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted at the door by Mike. He remembered discussing my "issues" previously and gave clarity to my concerns...A loaner car was arranged and I was out the door in minutes...The next day Mike called me, told me the car was ready...Mike arranged for Miguel, a Volvo Technician, to assist me in dealing with those "issues" I had with the mirrors...It seems that my "issues" were a result of operator error !!!..I am very pleased with my experience at Greenville Luxury and will recommend them to my friends...
