The salesman, Mr. Hanna, was polite, professional, and very customer oriented. I did not want to test drive the car in a crowded area so he recommended back roads that had less traffic. Mr. Hanna assisted me through the whole process and even helped to set up the blue-tooth feature the car had. I am very satisfied with my experience at this dealership. When I contacted here, Darren Martin gave me the price what I want, he is not a salesman just your friend, he knows the way how to save your money. Although i planned to purchase 2015.5 T5 drive E, due to inclement weather, I could not get my car on my schedule, he found T6 replacement, also gave me a good price, furthermore they reimbursed my rent car expense from charleston to greenville. Several hours later I drove off in my new Jaguar 3.0 XF Portfolio and I'm thrilled with the car. Darren was very knowledgeable about various cars and if there was anything he couldn't answer he took the time to find out the answer. I'm a fussy buyer and wanted to feel important. Darren walked me through various options and finally came up with the perfect car. He explained all the details and offered a test drive. Darren said I could drive the car just about anywhere to fully test and get comfortable. However after just several minutes, I knew that was the car for me. The only thing left was P-R-I-C-E and terms. I was ready for a lengthy poker game, but they even made that easy. I left the dealership with the car of my dreams VERY happy with the deal and a very good feeling that Darren actually cared about my experience.
