While there they performed our routine maintenance and found several issues which were fixed. On the way home, the engine light came on again and we called service when we arrived. They sent a driver the next day and left a loaner car. It was an intermittent oxygen sensor and it was fixed the next day. They delivered our car and it has work fine since. They couldn't have been nicer and went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend them. More
Excellent service! I was traveling from Atlanta to Charlotte yesterday, hit a pothole on I-85, ripped 2 tires and had to be towed on a flaatbed to this deaoership. Tommy Parsons assisted every step of the way from my call while on the highway to replacing the tires even though the service department closed shortly after I arrived. He was calm, courteous, competent, and he made sure that I was a satisfied customer. I've dealt with 3 Jaguar dealers and Tommy made your dealership stand out due to his excellent service. We live in Washington D.C and were a little apprehensive about doing an out of state purchase. Also, this was our first used car purchase – so even more uncertainty. But Sid and David took great care of us. They were extremely responsive to our many requests. They laid out all the information we needed and were transparent throughout the process. They were also extremely patient with our many requests and gave us all the time we needed to evaluate and decide. At no point in the process did we feel like we were being rushed for a sale at all. When we got to Greenville, they also took great care of us. David picked us up from the Hotel we were staying at. And once we were done with all the paperwork, they also gave us a very nice loaner car to go get lunch with. By the time we got back, everything was taken care of so we could just drive off. Post sale service: my wife ended up forgetting her coat at their store and remembered only after we had gotten back to D.C. Once we contacted David and Sid, they promptly Fed-Exed the coat to us, no questions asked. I knocked off one star on the customer service was because there was a slight delay where I didn't hear from their finance department on something I was looking for. But they apparently had the wrong number - so understandable, but still not perfect. In the grand scheme of things, this was a very minor miss. Overall, great experience with the folks at Greenville. The next time I'm in the market for an auto, I'll definitely be giving these guys a call. Prompt, helpful and most importantly trustworthy. More

After exchanging a couple of emails the previous week, I called Darren on a Monday morning. After a quick conversation, he involved Mark and we had a deal. Although I wasn't looking to finance the car, James got involved and offered a rate that was too good to pass up. The Panamera was then delivered to me on Tuesday while I was visiting my vacation home 240 miles from Greenville. The process could not have gone more smoothly. From first conversation to delivery, my expectations were met or exceeded. This was the first time I bought a car sight-unseen, over the phone, but I had done my research and was comfortable with the deal and the dealership. I can confidently recommend this dealership and this team to anybody! More

After that he was available by phone to answer any questions we had. We were also looking at Audi's but Darren's personality brought us back to the Jaguar Dealership. We met with him again yesterday (he was finishing up some things but two people greeted us and let us know he was on hiis way. Warren was especially nice and helpful during the short wait). We were undecided about the vehicle we wanted and when we pulled up we saw a Range Rover Sport that really caught our eye. Again, Darren allowed us to take test drives without rushing us or pressuring us to make a decision. We both loved the Range Rover Sport and that is the car we purchased. He was honest about his lack of knowledge of cars and showed curiosity in my method of madness checking the nuisances of evaluating the condition of the vehicle. At no time did I feel rushed in this purchase nor pressure to buy. I had intended to donate my used minivan (KBB valued at $600), but Darren suggested to have it appraised and, to my surprise, they offered $1200 for it. Darren said that the reason for the high value was that they were wanting to give the best value to the customer, regardless of the condition of the vehicle. Also, I did my research on the vehicle I was looking at and was prepared to negotiate the price. Darren came back with the a price at the lowest end of my acceptable price range to purchase with cash before we negotiated. He made it really simple and I purchased the vehicle with the out the door price that was lower than what I was expecting to pay. After driving the vehicle for a week, it has been a good transaction. While Kaley was attending to the repair on my 2007 XC90, David and I walked the yard and drove down to the other lot to see the entire inventory. Kaley was awesome as she orchestrated the repair, and David understood my love of the Volvo and showed me all my options for the future. It was a beautiful day at Volvo of Greenville!
