The knowledge and constant support for questions helped to make this an easy decision to finalize the purchase. At conclusion, James Clayton made the financing process so much easier than I have ever experienced at other dealerships. The entire process took less than a hour to drive the car off the lot (being that I had already purchased and sent in paperwork before arriving). I had another mechanic fix a taillight - it took over an hour; the Volvo dealership completed similar work within 15 minutes. The staff recognize me (and the car) as a person, not just as a number. I would not take my car elsewhere. More
