Spare key missing? "I will find it" he responded; Shuttle not available today? "I will get you a loaner" he responded; I even told him I had left the gas cap off by accident and it had triggered the check engine light, "I will take care of it for you". This is true customer service, and while the shop rates on these vehicles are not cheap, they can sometimes be justified when the service department goes the extra mile to make repairs less inconvenient to their customers. I spoke with James on the phone and explained my price cap. He was able to match this over the phone, and gave me a very generous quote. I was cautiously optimistic at the price. When I arrived, I worked with Mariana as my sales/product consultant. She was fantastic! Fully knowledgeable on the vehicle, down to Earth and so pleasant to work with. I expected an inflated price, but was surprised to see it was exactly as discussed on the phone. No nonsense, and all my questions and hesitations were laid to rest.
