It was Christmas Eve, and they treated us like they had all the time in the world to spend with us. Chad was more than happy to even stay later to explain everything the car could do, but we were the ones hurrying to leave. He assured us that all we needed to do was give him a call, and he would help us become more familiar with our vehicle. He, James, the financial guy, and William, the sales manager, each gave us their card and told us to call if we had any questions. We had no doubt that they meant it. (Refused to even call me back) The only person who helped keep this from being a complete disaster was Chad Chambers, who helped go over the vehicle with me even though it wasn't his sale.
