He was always available to help us and answer any questions we had throughout the car buying experience. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory as well as the brand itself. You can really tell he cares about the company and his team. I never felt rushed and Don was great to explain everything about the car itself, as well as the trade in process (I traded in my previous car for the LR4). The car is awesome, and the fact that Don was so helpful and kind made the whole experience top notch all around. I would recommend working with him any day. More

Due to family commitments, I was not able to travel to Greenville to look at the dealership's inventory or to purchase my choice of vehicle…a new magic-blue 2016 Volvo XC-70 with off-black interior. My choice of vehicle was based on my research on its cost, features, and its appearance. Contacting the dealership was extremely easy, and Edgar was a salesman dedicated to obtaining the vehicle of my choice! Because it was the end of the sales year, it wasn't an easy task to even FIND the vehicle I wanted, but he and a manager succeeded, and I am now the proud owner of a great car! He delivered the car to me (almost 50 miles, one way), gave me comprehensive instruction on the features of the XC-70, and lead me through a wonderful first drive of my new car! A great experience all 'round! Thank you, Edgar! More

I have been looking at this car for several weeks and was finally able to make it happen yesterday. I have a very mixed review of this dealership. When I first called about the car, early in January I made two calls, never got a return call on the first one and when I called back they explained that the car was out on an overnight testdrive.. I had some business in Greenville so I decided to drop in. I hung around for quite a while before anyone spoke to me, young woman came in and said she ran the Internet Service for the dealership and that she could help me but then she disappeared. Finally, Lee Mcclelland, offered to help me. I told him what car I was interested in and was told that the car was out on an overnight testdrive. Lee did some research and learned that it was being used as a loaner. I was leaving town the next day. Lee offered to pick up the car and bring it to my home for me to see before I left town. Lee could not of been more helpful. He showed up on time and spent all the time I needed looking at the car. At that point I left him a refundable deposit. When I returned, I went to look at the car and Lee let me have it for an overnight to have my mechanic exam it. We found a few very small issues but I told Lee about and I made him an offer. He said that should be fine and I could come down the next day. Upon returning the next day, the Manager, Don Ledbetter, came and spoke to me in a manner that I hope will never happen to me again. I ended up purchasing the car but I feel that is important to examine Mr. Ledbetter's behavior. Lee Mcclelland was truly the only good thing I found about the dealership. He could not of been more polite, appropriate and helpful. More

They also washed it with a car wash brush (typically used a discount or coin car wash) and put micro scratches all over. The service manager did offered to fix it, kept my car an extra day, and instead made it worse by doing a quick buff of the larger scratches. Just a warning for anyone else who takes time to maintain and care for not only the mechanical condition of their sports car but also the exterior. More details - In a prior visit (Oct 15, 2014), Porsche of Greenville damaged one of my rims when removing a wheel weight and replacing a tire that was leaking air (red flag #1). Since the numerous scratches (rather deep) were just behind the wheel weight adhesive left behind, I let it go thinking that it was a mistake rather than a careless, unskilled approach to a tire change. I scheduled another appointment for December 20, 2016. As you can see on this and other sites, there are many gushing/glowing reviews about how fantastic this dealership is after multiple management changes over the last two years. When I arrived (on time) for my appointment, I met with Tommy, who did not know why I was there (Appointment was scheduled in advance with Scott to replace my failing sport chrono clock, and I received a e-mail confirmation). Thirty minutes later, I see Tommy coming out with a sport chrono clock to see if it will fit as a replacement (red flag #2). Then, he asked me if I had transportation (I asked for a loaner in advance). Before leaving, I told Tommy I did not want a car wash. He confirmed this and even wrote it down on the repair order. Then, finally, 45 minutes after arriving at the dealer, I get to leave... Upon my return (same day), I found damage to my rear bumper as well as fine scratches all over my car from a car wash. The dealer used a wash brush and pressure washer on the vehicle - similar to a discount, do it yourself car wash. After acknowledging that he knew about the damage, the service manager told me that he would use a multi-step 3M process to remove the deep scratches without needing to repaint the bumper. He also agreed to remove the swirls and have it ready the next day (red flag #3). Being quite familiar with detailing (since I am the only one that details my car), I should have thought twice about a one day job. More importantly, the dealer repair center is not Porsche certified. The dealer did a quick buff over the deep scratches and burned through some of the clear coat. It looks worse now than before they "fixed" it. None of the micro scratches were removed either. Just a word of caution for other enthusiasts who are looking for a service center that cares about quality of work and consumer satisfaction. More

Although I was the one looking for a vehicle, she saw a car she liked. Even though the dealership was about to close he got the key and took us on an extended test drive for about thirty to forty minutes. No matter what obstacle popped up lee made sure the car was ready to be delivered, even helping wash the car on the delivery day which was his day off. Dean in service was also a great help with making sure the car was to my wife's liking. Brant also went the extra mile to get this deal done More

A team of people went above and beyond during my recent auto purchase. I drove to Greenville from Atlanta because they had the only 2017 Range Rover Evoque HSE Dynamic Convertible with the exact color and trim package I was looking for within 350 miles. Larry handled the bulk of the sale and took care of me all day. Then Warren went through my new car's features, making sure that there was nothing at all I didn't know how to work or understand or get the most use out of. And the sales manager Don kept checking on me throughout the day.... these people were there until 10 o'clock at night on a Friday with me making sure everything was right. And the one tiny little thing that was wrong with my car was that they forgot to rivet on the license plate frame at the factory in the UK. Of course we didn't notice this until I was about to leave at 10 o'clock that night, so Don the sales manager told me that he would have a driver bring a loaner car to my house in Atlanta to get my car and bring it to them to have the license plate frame riveted on so that I didn't have to take time off to drive back myself or stay in Greenville overnight.
