The service department,, even with an appointment, you can expect a long wait and are quite expensive even for a simple oil change. In my last visit I purchased a 2017 Jaguar xe. My salesman, Alfonso Jackson (whose name is not listed below) was exceptionally good. He was very professional, friendly and answered all my questions efficiently. The finance officer, Lee McClelland, however was very slow. It was a Saturday and banks, of course, are closed. However, at the time, I was the only one in the dealership buying a car and the process took almost 2 hours. More

Volvo has my car for over 2 weeks, still haven't diagnosed.. Poor service management, too long wait for repair. Does not have car ready when date specified! First let me start off with how wonderful everyone was at Jaguar Land Rover Por Purchased a 2018 Porsche Macon GTS from these guys yesterday 9/23/17. First let me start off with how wonderful everyone was at Jaguar Land Rover Porsche Volvo Cars of Greenville. We are from Richmond, VA and decided to purchase our new Macon from Greenville, South Carolina. Here is a little bit behind our story. We attempted to work with our local dealership with building a new Macon, however that did not work (that is all I will say about this dealership because they don't deserve any further commment from us about how poorly our local dealer is when it comes to customer service). Now back to the real heroes of the year! For many years we have owned several BMW's all purchased at Midlothian BMW of Richmond. We decided to look into Porsche, and was referred by Rashawn Patel our usual sales guy at BMW to a sister store which was Greenville Porsche. Don Ledbetter and Brent Greer along with Dennis Filchak made this happen and we couldn't be happier! From start to finish these guys did everything. We are close to 400 miles away from Greenville, SC and they made the entire process as simple as possible and did everything we needed over the phone. We built the car on the Porsche website and sent our build code to our salesman Dennis Filchak who promptly took all the information and put us in the system. He talked us through the process and keep us up-to-date on the build of the new Macon. He called back quickly with answers to questions and always kept us in the loop on the next stages as we got closer to picking up our new Porsche. Coming from Richmond, VA, we decided to fly down to South Carolina, and Dennis picked us up from the airport and took us straight to the dealership. Once we arrived we were treated like royalty and started to finalize our purchase. We then met with Lee McClelland in finance who also stayed in touch with information on financing and what our options were for extended service plans and general maintenance well before we even arrived in Greenville. Lee was not pushy on sales tactics and explained all our options and helped us pick the most important things to us that we felt like we needed on the Porsche. So now that you know that we received outstanding customer service and these guys went out of their way to make this happen, let me give you the real reason you should shop here first when considering your next new or used car purchase. What started off with a little internet research became my quest for finding the best possible price on building a new car to our specifications. We attempted to work with our local dealership, however that ended quickly as we realized by their comment that they were selling so many cars that getting a discount would be difficult. Buyer beware, if your hearing this, call Greenville Porsche they know what to do to satisfy a customer and get you the best possible deal on the market today. Dennis got to work quickly and returned a deal to us that was too good to be true. With the deal we received from Greenville Porsche, we were able to purchase many more options on the car than we ever thought possible along with some extras on maintenance and personal care for our Macon. Lee McClelland saved us a ton of money on financing! Finally, if this hasn't convinced you to give them a call after all was said and done, these guys even walked out with rubber floor matts usually retailed for $165.00, and threw them in the car and told us to enjoy! That essentially paid for our plane tickets to South Caronlina and all we had to do was drive 400 miles (6.25 hours) home. We will definitely work with these folks again in the future. It was so simple and we are 110% satisfied! Thank you for a wonderful weekend trip, an amazing car, and people we can truly call friends now because of this experience. More

Misdiagnosis/ Terrible Customer Service I have had one of the worst experiences with the services side of this dealership in the past month. I originally got a quote to get my throttle body I have had one of the worst experiences with the services side of this dealership in the past month. I originally got a quote to get my throttle body cleaned. I brought my car in and they stated that the Mass Airflow sensor needed to be changed, which I changed a month earlier. The part takes 15 minutes to replace (one screw and a clip-in). They charged me over $350 in labor, which I argued you about, but to no avail. Got my car back with the same exact symptoms. Now (5 days later) they told me I need to spark plugs and ignition coils replaced, which again were replaced 3 months ago (except for 3 original coils). They wanted to charge me $900 for these repairs due to their misdiagnosis. I will not only never take my car back to be serviced by this dealership, but I will now consider never to buy a Volvo again if I have to work with this dealership. Customer service was awful, and you can tell that they are not loyal to the customer as we are to them. More
