Michael was amazing to work with. I went in on a Tuesday hoping to just have a few questions answered and to look at a few cars. I met with Michael and he was fantastic. I decided that Wednesday to send a bulleted list of my current lease scenario to the dealerships I had made contact with. Michael Morgan at Jaguar was the only one out of 4 who sent back clear and informative emails. We spoke by phone and over email, and put together a deal in a matter of days. The other dealerships didn't want to email or discuss numbers by phone. They wanted me to come in another time to talk it though. I felt like they needed me there to sell to me. Before we got into final numbers we went for a test drive and he was extremely knowledgeable regarding not only the Jaguar, but also the Mercedes and Audi vehicles I was comparing it to. By the end of the test drive I had decided I was going with the Jaguar. Once we sat down to talk numbers, Michael was straightforward and upfront with everything and I left the dealership with a firm quote in hand. After that, as I stated to Michael earlier, I proceeded to contact other Jaguar dealerships just to get an idea of where their pricing would be in relation to Madison Jaguar. Madison Jaguar had put its best foot forward and they had offered the best deal on the car. At that point we moved through the paperwork very easily, Michael went over all of the features of the car in great detail at delivery, and the final step of signing all the paperwork was extremely smooth with no pressure to commit to additional coverage items and expenses. Dennis and his staff, Luke Incognito for example, practiced total quality management, the very best customer service and high appreciation of personal relationships. In the purchase of the convertible there was diligent work, customer service and friendliness, making my experience very satisfying. Luke introduced me to the new product and described in detail the car and its performance. Michael Morgan, as sales consultant, was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. He assisted with all accessories, kept in contact and led me to the sale with all questions answered. When going over the car and educating me, he went the extra mile in helping with Pandora, my IPod and actually transferred my navigation addresses. Angelo Renzulli, GM, was clear in the pricing procedure and exhibited his concern for the customer in terms of satisfaction and continuing service for the owner and the car. Where it not for the people described above, I may not have come to Madison Jaguar as I had no experience with the previous ownership.
