Took the car in for a software update. I was in at the time scheduled and out promptly. I’ve also taken the car in a couple of times for items that I would call learning curve issues as today’s cars have time scheduled and out promptly. Jake is amazing. He’s honestly the best thing about the dealership! I’ve been there a lot for service! Always personable, understanding, and asks about the family... like a friend.
