Took the car in for a software update. I was in at the time scheduled and out promptly. I’ve also taken the car in a couple of times for items that I would call learning curve issues as today’s cars have time scheduled and out promptly. It took 3 months & 3 visits to the service department to get my car fixed. My original service advisor no longer works there. Jake is amazing. He’s honestly the best thing about the dealership! I’ve been there a lot for service! Always personable, understanding, and asks about the family... like a friend. However, Roadside assistance sucks though, took just over 5 hours to get towed. Yes, over 5 hours for a tow truck to show up!!!!!!!! that’s unacceptable. More
