Extremely competent and helpful staff; Jay and Jake at service. Have had a terrible experience with my particular car; and requested a call from the General Manager to discuss. No issue at all with service; they did their level best to fix a thorny problem, although it took an enormous amount of time and effort (including on my part) to resolve. I will be following up with National Corporate on this particular issue as well. More
