Very nice and smooth until the end. The buying process was great until we signed the papers and it took 4 days to install new tires and get the vehicle detailed and the sales woman didn’ The buying process was great until we signed the papers and it took 4 days to install new tires and get the vehicle detailed and the sales woman didn’t see any problems with how long it took and I only got the vehicle in 4 days because I had to call the service manager myself because the sales person was off and she told me to call him and ask when it would be done and he had no idea I was waiting on it. After everything was over the vehicle still has a safety recall that I was told to go to chevy and see what they can do about it because they didnt have time to fix it even after it sat there for 4 days and the stick on wheel weights are incorrectly installed When they balanced the wheels they stuck them on the outside lip of the wheel which I was told thats how they are mounted which is false and they knew it because it was only done that way on 1 wheel all the other are correctly installed. All in all they have really good prices and friendly staff until you sign and they get the vehicle sold then its very irritating having to call and ask about a vehicle you just purchased because they are in no hurry getting it done and sales department has lack of communication with the service department and what the customers needs are. More

still leaks I have a small leak at the top of the windshield and they couldn't figure out how to fix it. NOT GOOD When I drove away my radio and infotainment scr I have a small leak at the top of the windshield and they couldn't figure out how to fix it. NOT GOOD When I drove away my radio and infotainment screen was completely different and I had to go back to have them help me reconfigure and add all my favorite stations etc. I asked why it happened and was told that's what happens when they do computer updates. I understand its important to do updates but its also frustrating to have to reset everything. Great guys, good service but Land Rover isn't exactly user friendly. More
