The salesman delivered the car to me which I greatly appreciated, however after sales promises and follow up has been very disappointing. My husband even went to the dealership to see him and called him first to confirm his availability and he would not come out to speak with him after my husband had spent 4 hours at the window tinting business that Jaguar sent us to and this service was supposed to have completed before the vehicle was ever delivered to us.
