As always, I was met by a professional and knowledgeable advisor (Jason) at the car and we went over what needed to be done. I was in for my annual and other small items. Went to the waiting room (which was appropriately configured for today's realities) and had a couple of great coffees. The maintenance was done timely and without a hitch. Jason gave me some good advice on future needs which I appreciated. Now the concerning issue. I needs some minor repairs done on the front bumper and Down Town Collision was recommended by another advisor. I looked them up on line and I would never go there. In a poor section of town, the repair facility looked to be dirty, unprofessional and (frankly) scary. Not a a good recommendation. More
