No issue at all with service; they did their level best to fix a thorny problem, although it took an enormous amount of time and effort (including on my part) to resolve. The person scheduling the appointment refused to answer my questions and said the service assistant would help me with those. I drove 45 minutes to find out that my oil change was going to cost $806.00. Wh my questions and said the service assistant would help me with those. I drove 45 minutes to find out that my oil change was going to cost $806.00. When I questioned why the fees were so high I was told the air filter alone cost $400.00. I left with nothing done and suggested that the person answering the phone actually be informed enough to answer the customers questions. Believe it or not, I did get the oil changed somewhere else and the air filter price there was $50.00. I More
