The Dealership is owned and operated by the Morgan Auto Group out of Tampa, FL. The Morgan team is no stranger to Ocala/Gainesville as they operate six dealerships in the region including Honda of Gainesville, Gainesville Buick GMC, Volkswagen of Gainesville, Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville and Honda of Ocala.
We are thrilled to be serving the greater Ocala community including Gainesville, Belleview, Wildwood and the Villages right here in Central Florida. Extremely competent and helpful staff; Jay and Jake at service. Have had a terrible experience with my particular car; and requested a call from the General Manager to discuss. Was told NO; and refused to call; extremely unprofessional and left me with the understanding that my business and satisfaction (to leadership) was unimportant. No issue at all with service; they did their level best to fix a thorny problem, although it took an enormous amount of time and effort (including on my part) to resolve. I will be following up with National Corporate on this particular issue as well. More

The person scheduling the appointment refused to answer my questions and said the service assistant would help me with those. I drove 45 minutes to find out that my oil change was going to cost $806.00. Wh my questions and said the service assistant would help me with those. I left with nothing done and suggested that the person answering the phone actually be informed enough to answer the customers questions.
