This was by far the easiest auto transaction I have ever been a part of. The negotiation went back and forth and was straight and to the point. We signed all of the paperwork at my kitchen table, she showed me options on the vehicle and was on her way. I always have a good experience when I go in for service. I don't require much attention, but each time I've gone in at least two people have ensured I'm comfortable and have what I need. The services I get are always explained so there are no surprises. There's not much seating in the waiting area, but I think that's because few people have to wait. I've always had my choice of seats, never that situation where you have to nestle in between two other people. The guys are always efficient and my waits have been less than 5 minutes before getting to the paperwork bits and then I'm on my way. The couple times I have opted to wait for my car there were several updates as each service was completed. Both times I used the shuttle service the ride was enjoyable and I felt completely safe. We were going to need to wait a couple hours once for a repair and we asked if we'd like to be taken somewhere to grab a bite or do some shopping so we did. Getting back to the center was easy - the driver found us with no problems. One bit of advice if you schedule online. Give them a call if you need a shuttle or loaner. That information doesn't always make it to the guys and loaners are sometimes tough to come by. Last week we hopped over to check out a Discovery Sport that was available. Kylee was fun to work with and there was no pressure. She stayed well after closing, and after the ink had dried, to ensure we were all set with questions about our new vehicle. It's always appreciated to be able to work with someone who takes a laid back approach to sales and then sees it through to the end. More
