Highly dissatisfied!!! I bought a 2020 Escalade from here on April 5th still do not have my tag, title and paperwork completed. Everyone passes the buck and blames someone else with no answers! I have spent $65k on a vehicle that I can’t even drive because I don’t have a tag for it! I have reached out several times and it’s always someone is going to call me back and yet they never give a solution…. I will never recommend this dealership and will let everyone I know hear my story! More

Excellent service as usual! Mike was the perfect employee and he handled us with care and precision. I came in for service but I was early so he made sure my car was checked and I got a complimentary exterio and he handled us with care and precision. I also thought I put in the wrong coolant on the way to the dealership but he got it checked out for me and reassured me that my car was fine. My vehicle unfortunately kept having the same sensor light come on, for different sensor reasons. But, as annoying as that has been Jay and Jason have been amazing. They are so courteous and helpful.
