Cheryl was amazing! She went above and beyond to answer any and all of our questions about the Infinity QX 80 we bought from her. She even went out in 100 degree heat to take pictures and a video for us wh any and all of our questions about the Infinity QX 80 we bought from her. My service team was professional and knowledgeable. I waited about 3 1/2-4 hours for my annual maintenance check up, but the entire staff was courteous. They made me very comfortable during the wait. My only concern was I was told that I needed some repairs asap and that a part would be ordered that following day. There was no communication regarding progress of parts ordered for repairs and I had to repeatedly call to get a response as to when can I bring the car back for repairs. More
Warranty work , and they have my car for over 3 days now. Didn’t give me a loaner to use. What kind of service is this? They have had my car for 2 1/2 months & I received 1 call for an update. I asked to speak to the manager & was told he was on the phone, I waited & finally asked how much longer & they said he left. Then Ken the sales manager told me just to file for Lemon Law. They can’t help me. Worst service I have ever received & still stuck dealing with them. More
