I loved dealing with the staff from meeting my service manager when I brought my older Range Rover in for service, too seeing this new Range Rover in the show room and meeting Jennifer. My only issue is the Range Rover I purchased did not come with an owners manual. I prefer a paper version not a digital copy. Manager told me "I could purchase one online". Not what I expected from a luxury brand. I had purchased a previous vehicle from BMW of Ocala and they purchased me a manual. Land Rover of Ocala didn't. In my opinion they should provide that, but other than that issue I am happy with the vehicle and the overall buying experience. More
