The Dealership is owned and operated by the Morgan Auto Group out of Tampa, FL. The Morgan team is no stranger to Ocala/Gainesville as they operate six dealerships in the region including Honda of Gainesville, Gainesville Buick GMC, Volkswagen of Gainesville, Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville and Honda of Ocala.
We are thrilled to be serving the greater Ocala community including Gainesville, Belleview, Wildwood and the Villages right here in Central Florida. We purchased a used Mercedes Benz with low miles and loads of warranty remaining and we also purchased an extended warranty. At the time we were told that also told 2 complementary oil changes were incl loads of warranty remaining and we also purchased an extended warranty. At the time we were told that also told 2 complementary oil changes were included. So my check engine light came on a week ago and a day or 2 later my husband got this email photos are enclosed stating it was time for my oil change. We call make an appointment for this and tell them my check engine light is on. Yes they say we will do a diagnostic test while you are here for the oil change. I drive 2 hours to my appointment when I arrive I'm informed that that email is a scam!!! And I'm about the 3rd customer to come in with the same email. So the manager says they will not do the complimentary oil change. But will be happy to check in the engine light. Came back and said they can't because it has to be changed with a MB computer systems. So I drove a total of 4 hours for a car wash. Unbelievable! More
