Land Rover sport bad Service I took my vehicle for service August 16, 2019 my technician guy Luke, He was very helpful from day one, but when I went to pick up my vehicle o I took my vehicle for service August 16, 2019 my technician guy Luke, He was very helpful from day one, but when I went to pick up my vehicle on August 23 on a Friday they give it to me damage my suspension front, and luke told me not to worry about it just only the right front side and I can continue driving it for 3 to 6 months he gave me the wrong information. I spoke to manager Karen and after that they transfer me with the manager Dave Elliot, He was very rude with his tone of voice loud they don’t wanna be responsible that they gave me the vehicle damage my suspension they just only willing to drop $600 off from $3,472, basically just giving me the price of regular customer discount , and, Dave said that he was gonna work on the price with me, which I should not be paying anything at all. I took my car for service for the cooling system leak oil and came out with a big damage with my suspension, and even my insurance feels that they did something wrong with my vehicle , my insurance they were willing to help me, even though they don’t cover suspension but these what they think, they believe that they damage my vehicle the dealer. I hope they can able to fix this situation. The general manager from the Jaguar theater Newport Beach his name is Steve Brown. I have contacts so many times Mr. Steve Brown and he had not bother returning my calls neither my email I have sent him two times certified letter from my attorney and he’s not respond, I gave him enough time to settle the situation so now my next step is complain to the barrel business in Bureau. I hope no one goes through this situation but there’s many fraud going on the dealers. More

I only have one complaint, that she called me sir throughout the process. But that's my only complaint. She walked me through every feature, option and how to set up my car. Then after a few days I noticed I couldn't get the range above 201 miles per charge instead of the 239 (245) range from the website. She put me in contact with David Elliott, the Service Manager. he had me bring the car in, charged it and let me know I needed a software update, which he did within an hour and now EVERYTHING is great. Wonderful car, not a me too as a Tesla. Drive one and I believe you'll feel the same. More

Poor service...again I have had the same electrical problems with my dashboard since we've bought the car and every time I take it in for service I tell them about and it I have had the same electrical problems with my dashboard since we've bought the car and every time I take it in for service I tell them about and it has yet to be fixed. They kept my car for a month in December and still the electrical problems were not solved. Very frustrating. When I picked up my car this time, i was given a key that didn't belong to my car. When i told them so, they would not believe me. When I told them that my LoJack fob was not on the key they gave me (which mine has) I was told that they always take the fob off and I could find it in my car. I certainly hope this is not the case. After telling them a few more times why this wasn't my key (not my key chain to start with), they finally started looking around and found they had my key assigned to a different car. Lastly, I had a slow leek in my right passenger tire, and I thought they would address this, and replace the tire. They did check my tires, and I was told how much tread I had left on each tire and that I didn't need new tires at this time. The next day I took my car to a tire store where they found 2 nails in the tire. I just find that there is very poor service every time I bring my car in. More

Got a great deal - 2nd Jag leased from Newport Jaguar Leased my 2nd Jag (F-Pace S) from Shariq and Kelly. Got another great deal. It was really easy working with them to get a low lease payment.
