My father has been a mechanic all of my life, so I grew up in and around dealerships, making me quite familiar with their inner-workings. In all my years, I've never encountered such deplorable customer se up in and around dealerships, making me quite familiar with their inner-workings. In all my years, I've never encountered such deplorable customer service as I have with Jaguar Land Rover Newport Beach. Phone calls, voicemails, emails, and text messages all go unanswered. Service has to be repeated multiple times to achieve resolution. And parts go unordered for months at a time. The only saving grace and shining star on their staff is service advisor Peter, who's been a gem to work with, and who's helped maintain my sanity. Were it not for Peter, I would find another way to have my Jaguar serviced. More
I have been going to Newport Beach Jaguar Land Rover for 30 years. I have owned at least 15 cars. The Dealership is the best it has ever been. I would not go anywhere else. Professional, courteous, experienced, willing to go the extra mile. Absolutely no pressure! We were warmly welcomed by our salesman who took time to answer all of our questions about the different models a extra mile. Absolutely no pressure! Once we were ready to test drive a car , he had it moved out of the showroom so we could take it for an extended drive. We decided on the Evoque. Figuring out what are trade-in was worth and the final price of the car was easy and fluid. The entire time spent there was just a few hours. A nice touch was how some of the managers came out to say Hi and to see how are experience was. ( And it’s not like we bought a $150,000 car😁) I can’t say enough good things about are salesman, this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car and I highly recommend Newport Beach Jaguar/Land Rover. Got my Range Rover back and eventually checked the oil level. Found it had been overfilled by over two quarts. Dumped and replaced myself. Beautiful car and wife loves it! The sales process started off with a few bumps related to miscommunication between the sales team members, but when the GM Rob Bennett got involved, it was smooth sail started off with a few bumps related to miscommunication between the sales team members, but when the GM Rob Bennett got involved, it was smooth sailing and transparency from there on out. Could not be happier with Rob and his desire to create relationships, not just sell cars. The cars are amazing, but service is just as important, and Rob gets it. He is a big part of the reason I will remain a loyal Rover and Jaguar owner for years to come. More
